We searched for a place at Wintergreen for over a year. Sherry was patient, knowledgeable, helpful and always there to show us each new place that might meet our desires. We wanted the kind of place that goes very quickly, and Sherry stayed on top of the market. When the property we ultimately purchased was listed, we had an offer on the table within 24 hours, which was a good things because were were not the only ones. Sherry helped us craft the offer so that ours was the best one.

My experience with Sherry was outstanding. She took the initiative and jump-started the entire selling experience. She also recommended many of the contractors that were needed to prepare the house to go on the market, and they were excellent and a pleasure to work with. One day after the open house, I had two offers and sold the house. It would be hard to have a better experience. On top of all this, she is a very nice person.

The folks handling the nursing home bridge loan for my suddenly invalid relative sent Sherry my way, and she impressed me more with every interaction. I obtained estimates and market analyses from four real estate agencies during the cleanup and renovation project; the other three were like grade school work compared to hers. By the time I was prepared to finalize my choice of real estate agents, I had so much confidence and trust in Sherry that there was really no decision to make.This was a very stressful four month roller coaster ride for me and my family.
