She knows her market and priced our home $100K over the other three realtors we met with and it sold in 10 days and appraised with no problem. She explains things in such a way that you have a good experience and a great outcome! What I did was not easy moving from Maine to South Carolina. However Sherry made it all go smoothly and sold my house and closed In a timely manner!?
