Transacting a home sale long distance is trying at the very least and Sherry made it incredibly easy for me. I had a great experience with her. Each step was outlined and pretty foolproof. She is communicative, trustworthy and has a great network of contractors and repairmen that could do any work required quickly , thoroughly and affordably .She always consulted me on any proposed deviation to contract points.
