Sherry Lanham-Hammond is a Lifetime Louisville Resident. I believe strongly in the importance of home ownership and bought my first home when I was 21 years old. I have lived in homes in Oldham County, Bullitt County, Okolona, Fairdale, Fern Creek, Middletown and Jeffersontown. Sherry walked through the process of selling our home and finding/buying our next home. She helped us figure out how much we could pay and be able to retire our mortgage and also helped us find professionals to help with repairs we needed to make on our original home. Our home sold within the first week of being on the market and she successfully negotiated with the buyer to give us the time we needed to find a place to go. We will definitely use her again if we have another move.

This is thw second home we had Sherry hp us sell. Sherry gave us some great direction prior to putting the house on the market that made it super easy to sell. She also was on our side when we were having a hard time with the appriasal due to our non-traditional home. I couldnt imagine using any other realtor.

Due to unforeseen circumstances we were forced to sell two homes in a three month period. Sherry made it look easy. We didnt have to do anything she is as good as it gets. My only fear is that our next home purchase will be a nightmare because we now live six hours away!

Sherry is a wonderful realtor! I highly recommend her to anyone in Louisville looking to buy or sell their home. She helped my husband and I sell our home and move into the home of our dreams! She truly listened to all of our wants/needs in a home and found us the perfect home at a great price! She is a tough but smart negotiator, we were very glad to have her on our side. She got us a great deal on our old home and the one we bought. We were very stressed and overwhelmed about selling our house and buying a new one, but she was great about explaining every step, helping us through the process, and taking away the stress of buying a new home.
