About Sherry Elrod

I moved with my husband to the Salmon area twelve years ago and have invested many hours as a volunteer in Lemhi Valley with positions including: Board Member of Salmon Valley Stewardship; Master Gardener who assisted in creating the Kid's Gardening program & Salmon High School Garden Project; Active participant in the Local Foods Movement; and Founding board member of the Lemhi Valley Community Foundation. I have a BBA from National University and over twenty-five years experience running a small business. Also, before becoming a REALTOR(R) in 2015 I was a licensed commercial real estate appraiser. We have contact this agent multiple times regarding listings and have asked for updates. She is VERY slow to respond and she doesn't appear to be fully engaged in selling property or houses. We have missed out on properties that would have worked for us and she doesn't keep us updated on new listings, which we have asked her to do. We are cash buyers and ready to purchase. Moving on to a different agent!
