Sherry succeded in helping me find and purchase a house in this difficult 2021 market. She was a straight shooter, if I wanted to place an offer on a house she would be honest and tell me she would do it but didn t think my offer had a chance and when she said that she was right which is a testiment to her knolwedge of the buisness. She on the contrary would tell me when she thought my offer was a good offer and had a chance and she was right then as well. She was never unwilling to travel any distance for me and fought hard for me through the end. I got injured and went on disability and lost financing through Navy Federal due to their policy. She hooked me up with Homestead funding group and got me my home loan despite of that hiccup. Now here I am happily back at work with a wonderful home to return to and it was due to the diligence of Sherry that that was possible for me and my family. Highly reccomend. Very pleasnt person with a great heart.

Sherry was the most patient and supportive friend we could have hoped for while navigating the stressful process of both buying and selling a home. And a friend is how we truly regard her as she went that extra mile (or 20) to really get to know everyone in our family from the very beginning, which unquestionably helped her to truly appreciate what we were looking for, what our must haves were, and what our wishlist items were. And when it came time to negotiate on the new house she was in our corner 100%, giving practical, experienced advice to help us get the most for our money! Similarly, in selling our older home Sherry had good tips and advice on how to present the best package possible without wrecking our budget. In the end, closed on our new house $10k below our max, and we sold our old house for more than $20k above nearby similar properties. I credit a ton of that to the expertise, professionalism, and genuine care that Sherry gives to her clients. Highly recommended.

If your looking for real estate agent that is going to work for you then Sherry is your person. Sherry had not only taken our phone calls when we had questions but arranged several appointments (and was present) with the home owner to have our contractor measure the second floor for remolding efforts after closing. Because of the above and beyond, and attention to detail, I would highly recommend her.
