She stuck it out with us and after looking at SO many houses and getting beat out on multiple offers we landed in a home that we are 100% in love with. Because of her diligence, we were able to lock it in for an appropriate price and got the inspections we wanted - something that was almost unheard of in the nasty and unforgiving market that we were working in.Once the hard part was over and her required job was done, Sherrill's top-notch customer service continued in the form of helping us locate everything in and out of the house like utilities, drains, etc. She was also there for us when we (immediately) locked ourselves out of the house to help us quickly get back in. She told us many times that she'll be there for us if we ever have any questions, and has proven that to be true many times over. She toured a ton of homes for us and took videos/FaceTimed walk throughs. She answered questions and put any worries at ease. After having talked to and touring with 6 other realtors in the last few years, I can say that Sherrill blew them all out of the water. The others made us feel like aEURoesmall fishaEUR? and a paycheck they didnt want to work for, especially during a buyers boom. Even after we closed she helped us with a maintenance problem, and continued to check on us periodically weeks later. She had any contact for repair or maintenance we need - she knows a lot of people. She knows her stuff, isnt patronizing, helps answer questions/educates, and she actually cares, and really prepares you for the process and is there every step of the way. If I sell and buy another house in the future Ill call her for sure!
