I contacted Sherri about a home she had listed on Zillow. At 1st we were not sure if we were going to move to Arizona or not, we told Sherri about this and she asked if we could stay in touch just in case. It took us a few months and decided we were going to make the move and we knew we wanted to live in Sun City. We had put our house in California on the market and that week end we where heading to AZ to look at houses. While on our way, we got a call from our agent in CA to tell us we had a great offer on the house. When we meet up with Sherri we told her about the house having an offer and the requested 35 day escrow. She showed us some amazing homes and we put an offer in on one. When the inspection report came back we decided to walk on that home a put another offer in. This happened 4 different times and I was beginning to think we would never find a home, but Sherri would not let me give up. I have never seen anyone work as hard as Sherri did for us. If you want a Realtor who REALLY WORKS FOR YOU THEN I SUGGEST YOU TALK TO SHERRI PINNEO AND HER TEAM. to say they are the best is putting it lightly. When you work with Sherri and her team you are working with family. There are many Realtors out there but if you want someone who will go all out for you that is the Pinneo team. There was a week end that Sherri had another appointment and she asked us if we would mind if Amy showed us homes, so we went out with Amy we were talking with her about the 6 homes we saw and was going over pros and cons on the homes there was one we said no on because of the appliances were not included in the home, the realtor of that house called Amy to see what we thought of the house and she told him that it was # 3 on our list and he asked what would make it our #1 she told him our concern about the appliances he asked her if he would include them would we be willing to make it #1. It is the home we bought. That is how hard they will work for you.
