I am most pleased to provide this referral for Sherri Dunbar. My mother is now almost 91 years old, and the time had come to move her out to Arizona from Maine. As her oldest son, the responsibility was mine to make all of the arrangements for the sale of her home in Newcastle, ME. I was a little nervous about managing the sale of mom's home from Arizona. Sherri was fantastic! She arranged to have couple of gentlemen take care of the removal and sale of all of the furniture and LOTS of miscellaneous things from the house where my mom had lived for the past 20 years. She had the house very nicely staged, and photos taken for the listing. All of the required paperwork was all handled accurately and efficiently. Once Sherri officially put the home on the market, it sold quickly. The first offer fell through and Sherri had a second offer within days that was better than the first, and the sale and closing went quickly. Sherri knows the mid-coast Maine region very well, and she knows all of the people you need to know in her business to make a real estate transaction happen without issues.
