Sherine was amazing through every step of the home buying process! She was recommended to me by a friend, and tell everyone I know looking for DC real estate that shes the best person in town. Sherine knows every building in Washington. Every time I sent her a listing, she had great insight about the management, character, and overall value of units. Sherine kept me updated throughout the home buying process and went above and beyond to give me advice and help me navigate the byzantine rules, regulations, and paperwork. She has great recommendations for lenders, inspectors, and everything else that was needed throughout the process.
