There's bound to be disappointments with your search, even until the bitter moments of your closing. Sheri will never be that for you. Expect that of your lender, possibly the results of your inspection report. But not from this woman who I can proudly say was my realtor, and I would recommend to any of my family or friends. She'll have your back, and I promise you'll end up having hers too.

WHERE DO I START WITH SHERI GARZIA??? Short story: hire her! Now for the longer version... First of all, Sheri is now an actual real-life friend of mine and my family, so that already tells you most of what you need to know. But to expand on that, she made what probably should have been a extremely stressful experience (first-time homebuying during COVID-19!) into a wonderful one in so many ways. From the first time we met off of Zillow at the first house I viewed--there were many more to come!--she relaxed me, educated me, and gave me the perspective that only comes with real experience in the market. I'm an extremely picky buyer, and I know that--we both laughed about it a lot--yet she would always tell me she was happy to see as many houses as I wanted. She genuinely finds it fun and loves her job! And she really listened to my preferences and applied them with every new house she suggested. Another thing: she was available to me at all times. If she was awake, she responded to my text, even at late hours. (Sorry, Sheri! Haha) And when I finally found my home, the whole process went so smoothly it almost didn't feel real. I expected it to be so much more complicated, but Sheri made it a breeze for me. Plus, she's still resolving all kinds of things for me even after closing! And just when you think your real estate agent experience couldn't get any better, on closing day she gifted me my favorite bottle of champagne along with adorable accessories for my new home, donuts from a trendy bakery in my new neighborhood, and my first new major home dA(C)cor item! I MEAN???!!! Not that I've left this in question, but I highly recommend you choose her as well!
