As a first-time homeowner myself, I never imagined that just a few months ago I would be able to write this from the comfort of a place I can say is all mine. That level of trust and confidence in a process as scary and uncertain as closing on a home could not have been earned or instilled in my experience without the care, wisdom, and sheer impressive thoughtfulness of realtor Sheri Garzia. My review of Sheri isn't exclusive or specific to that of a newcomer - I understand it's shared by even the most seasoned of real estate investors. But what I can say is that I simply wouldn't have the home I do today without her attention to detail, her diligent follow-ups, and her patience to break the process down for me in a most digestible way. On top of this, Sheri adds a level of personalization that you oftentimes simply can't find in services related to hers. She is, without question, a consummate, trusted professional who deeply cares about the quality of her work, as well as surrounding herself with people that have a high-caliber work ethic as she does (although I'd argue hers far surpasses even those who are deemed exceptional.) There's bound to be disappointments with your search, even until the bitter moments of your closing. Sheri will never be that for you. Expect that of your lender, possibly the results of your inspection report. But not from this woman who I can proudly say was my realtor, and I would recommend to any of my family or friends. She'll have your back, and I promise you'll end up having hers too.
