Sheri is the best agent in the area, hands down. She found a discrepancy in the square footage of our home we were selling. She did the homework and found out our house was 600 sqft larger than what we originally thought. Which turned into a larger asking price for us. On top of that, she got us more than we were asking!! We also used her to buy our new home and she knocked it out of the park there too. The man we were buying from was being difficult when it came to fixing a few things after the inspection, Sheri handled it all and all of our requested fixes were completed before we moved in.
