Trey & Sprinkman Real Estate helped us in our relocation to Madison from Minneapolis. Trey was very patient with us as we navigated the challenging real estate market and we found the perfect home. Trey is a phenomenal realtor and gave us great advice! It was the offer and the post purchase acceptance process where he really stood out. He assisted us in crafting an offer that was in our favor but would be attractive to the seller and be accepted (and it was!). He recommended a great lender we used. Additionally when there were the inevitable questions and issues arose after acceptance and before closing, Trey was there to take on those issues as his own and work for us.
