About Shelly Servedio

I have lived in this area most of my entire life. I am from a military family, and grew up living at MacDill Air Force Base and raised my own family in the Brandon area after my Father retired from the Air Force in 1981. My knowledge of the area comes from 40+ years of living here. I also have 20+ years experience as a legal assistant, which allows me to confidently advise my Real Estate Clients. Since 2012, I have been helping Buyers and Sellers in Real Estate. I have always had a passion for Real Estate and I have found my true calling! Whether it is resales or new construction. I work with both Buyers and Sellers and I have a lot of patience for First Time Buyers and knowledge regarding FHA, VA, USDA and the Down Payment Assistance Programs that they may qualify for. I am a member of The Greater Tampa Association of Realtors, and Blue Thong Society.
