4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
I listed 2 homes for the same client. He was so happy with the process despite a few bumps in the road . In the end both seller and buyers were happy. Thats what it's all about .
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I worked in Assisted Living for 21 years in the same town. I moved from the area and asked myself what was another career where I could help people ? Minutes later I saw an ad for Real Estate classes staring 2 blocks from my house. Helping people with the purchase or sale of their homes is very rewarding. Their smiles are worth more then the paycheck
