Shelly Hull

I am an owner/broker of Sellers and Seekers Real Estate Company, which was founded in June 2002. I have actively helping Buyers and Sellers with their real estate needs now for 21 years! I was born in Iowa City, went to school here locally and then went onto college at the University of Iowa and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with an emphasis in Marketing. I work with my husband Mike (veteran real estate specialist) and very much enjoy helping people in this community achieve their real estate goals & dreams! I have also completed all the necessary criteria and class requirements for her ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) and ASR (Accredited Seller Representative) as well as SFR (Short Sales & Foreclosure Accredited Resource). aEUR<I have 2 wonderful children, Austin (Industrial Engineer Graduate from University of Iowa currently working for Tesla) and a daughter, Maddison (loving Colorado!) I am active in volunteering in the community with various animal rescue organizations (and kitten/cat foster Mom) as well as a previous board member for Iowa City Girls softball league (a non-profit organization) for 4 years, and 3 years on the Board of Directors for the Iowa City Association of Realtors (through October 2011). I enjoy working with the public and helping people!
