As a native that was born and raised in the beautiful Northeast Georgia Mountains and a background in all things real estate, with multiple properties listed and sold I am here to help with your home search or sale. I have extensive knowledge in the real estate field with 8 years of customer centered loan banking experience with loan ordering, reviewing and closing packages for a local bank. I have been a registered Real Property Appraiser since 2001 and have a prior history reviewing residential and commercial appraisals. I have also done inspections for residential and commercial properties under construction for a local bank. Buying or selling a home can be a complex process. I bought my home in Hiawassee with Shelly's big time help. I live in Florida and if I ever needed anything during the process she was always there to help no matter if it was Saturday, Sunday or any other day. Even now 2 month later I can call her if I need any help since I live far away from the house I bought. If you need a reliable agent and simply very helpful person for buying a house, Shelly is the best one. It's not the first house I bought, so I dealt with a few Realtors.
