I was in San Diego. I needed to sell the home of a deceased relative in Berkeley. So I needed someone with independence and expertise Shelly was both. She promoted and priced the place to sell and it sold. 14 days on the market. 40 percent above asking price. 20 percent above my most optimistic expectation. And her closing team made it painless. And keep in mind it was all long distance. cant emphasize enough that it is not just the realtor but her team that that does the job. She knows what to do and her team gets it done.
