We left Florida bound for our new home, and Shellie handled everything that needed to be done to get our house sold. She did showings, open houses, met with other realtors (and prospective buyers) and gave everyone all the information necessary to make a great sale! She is a complete professional at all times and is extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the selling process. She has great resources and contacts in case you need to have repairs done or are in need of a title company, just to give a couple of examples. She is also very timely with her responsiveness to anything you may ask! There is nothing she cant handle. When we eventually move back to Florida, she will definitely be our agent again!

ZillowVERIFIEDMy wife and I relocated with our 3 kids from central Ohio to the metro Tampa, Florida area in July 2021. With the housing market already in full craze by that point, we decided to rent with the intention to buy prior to our lease being up the following year. As Spring 2022 approached, we knew it was time to start focusing our energy on the home search, understanding it was going to be a difficult challenge given the real estate market, especially in our area. As luck or fate would have it, my wife met Shellie by chance during this time and after our initial discussion, we knew without question Shellie was the Realtor for us. She connected with us on a very personal level, having been a transplant to the area herself at one point (from OH like us) and having school age children herself. She took the time to understand our needs as it came to budget, importance of school district, and what our must haves were in a house. Understanding we were against a tight timeline with being able to find the right home prior needing to re-sign our lease for another year, Shellie acted swiftly with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to achieving the goal. Working around the pace of the market, Shellie kept a step ahead with notifying us about any upcoming listings that were a match, immediately making herself available to show us any homes we were interested in and working with us late into the evening if needed to make the right offer for us. After a relatively short search, we received an accepted offer on the perfect home for us. Shellie took ownership of the process to ensure a smooth experience. This included working with the sellers agent to negotiate a great deal to fix the AC which unexpectedly broke just days before closing and would have otherwise pushed back the close date. Our familys home buying experience, especially considering the market environment and us being new to the area, could not have been more pleasant based on the care and commitment we received from Shellie. I strongly recommend Shellie for any home buyer or seller that wants an advocate for them and will make it happen!
