About Shellie Heinen

It is always a pleasure to be working with new buyers, relocators, sellers, and investors in making their real estate experience enjoyable and memorable. I pride myself on being locally knowledgeable, responsive, negotiable, and resourceful in finding your home or investment that fits your needs. I have been a resident of Northwest Illinois and my passion has always been people-oriented. I have lived in Quad City for over twenty-five years already and prior to being a realtor with EXP, I worked at a manufacturing company in Davenport, Iowa. I am licensed both in Iowa and Illinois. Whenever I get to have free time, I make sure I spend time with my daughter, Emilie, who is now 24 years old. I also enjoy decorating my home for the different seasons, traveling, caring for my summer flower garden, and my new interest in biking. I am looking forward to working with you in finding your biggest investment or new home.

We really enjoyed working with Shellie! This was our first house purchase, as a couple, and we were not super confident about our home buying knowledge going into the process. However, Shellie was AWESOME about answering questions and walking us through the whole process. I would definitely work with her again, if it werent for the fact that she just helped us by our dream house :)
