If you are looking to buy land or house in Silver City you must work with Shelley. Silver City has a unique culture that Shelley really understands and helped me understand. I was able to successfully purchase a house that was a very difficult negotiation with a stubborn seller. I was ready to walk away from my dream home several times just because how difficult the seller was being but Shelley had amazingly calm and because of her understanding of the culture we were able to negotiate to a successful close. I couldn't be happier with my house. Recently on News Years day I found an beautiful piece of land. I texted Shelley not expecting her to respond. Not only did she respond, knowing how competitive things are she put an offer together and sent it out that day. We closed the deal in two days. I could have lost the deal if we would have waited.
