She is very knowledgeable of Daviess County, very experienced in real estate, and gave us helpful suggestions as we purchased the house. The result--from our first day of house hunting until we had possession of our new home was only 41 days. Shelley is a very professional realtor and I would highly recommend her to anyone. She is incredibly responsive, professional and helpful. She is a great resource also on the local area. We have relocated several times and have dealt with some less than great realtors. Shelley is NOT one of those. She even assisted a realtor on the sale of our former home outside of this area! Talk about above and beyond the call of duty.We always felt like a priority to Shelley and she always times we were available work for her.
