ZillowVERIFIEDWithout Shelbys input and advise, I dont think our house would have sold and high or fast as it did. She made excellent suggestions on what to do to the home to make it more desirable. Painting made a huge impact as did updating the master bath. The photographer she uses photographed our house beautifully...I didnt want to leave it. Our house sold slightly below asking and in 4 days. I think it remains the highest selling 3 bedroom house in our neighborhood. The house across the street (with a different realtor) was on the market 2 months and sold about 20K under asking price. Shelby stayed in constant contact throughout the process. She thoroughly explained every document we had to sign electronically. She was easy to contact and always pleasant and helpful. She made a very stressful process less stressful because I could trust her expertise and judgement. We have since bought a home in Virginia with a more experienced but very lackadaisical realtor; the entire process was terrible. Though Shelbys job was done, I would call her during the process of buying and she gave me great advise. She truly cares about her sellers and Id assume her buyers too. I highly recommend her!
