ZillowVERIFIEDRandal is not your typical realtor that you probably have dealt with. I have dealt with other realtors who mainly just let you browse for houses and kind of just let you do your own thing and have also dealt with realtors who care more for their commission rather than the buyer/seller. Randal is white the opposite. He is friendly, personable and always answers the phone regardless. He is extremely proactive in trying to figure out what your style is, preference and budget is and will actively try and find you something. I know this market is not the greatest for buyers right now but Randal pulled some magic and found us some places. He has done so much work and has put in so much effort and he will not let you down. He keeps me updated on the entire process, let?s me know exactly what?s happening and what needs to happen and when. I?m not a realtor and know absolutely nothing about it and he?s explained every jargon and lingo to me so I know exactly what I need to know. Working with Randal has definitely made buying snd selling a house a much more smooth streamline process without headache. He?s your realtor and friend for sure!
