About Shelbe Chang Stewart

Shelbe was born in Taipei, Taiwan and came to USA when she was 12. Then, she was raised in Irvine, Orange County, California. She moved to Long Beach in 2005 and has lived in the surrounding area since. In the early 2016, Shelbe and her significant other at the time were looking to buy and sell their home. That was the time when she developed her passion towards real estate. With her artistic and creativity background, she also enjoys home designs inside and around the house. From that personal experience, she learned and understands that the role of a real estate agent is invaluable. Throughout the process, she understands that we are not dealing with some fungible good, we're dealing with emotions, someone's home--a place where the seller's memories were made and where the buyer wishes to make new ones for their future. This is a highly personal transaction, and the potential for conflicts are extremely high. With that being said, she does know how important it is to find your dream home or get your best offer on your property. Whether you are a first time home buyer, or need to relocate, retiring or an experienced investor, she can help you along with her honest, caring, trustworthy and willing to commit characters.

So I'm not one to give reviews. Most of the time if I think about doing so I want to give a bad one. Well, not this time. My Realtor Shelbe Chang deserves a ten star rating. We recently closed on my mobile home after just a few weeks being listed. There were so many challenges and drama I was sure she was ready to give it up. She hung in there keeping me calm and stable working through everything thrown at her. Very professional, knowledgeable and extremely patient. I would recommend her to anyone seller or buyer. I hope I can work with her again.

Shelbe is the superstar; she was able to sell our property within 3 weeks with the asking selling price. I met Shelbe at random, as she was the listing agent for a house I checked out. She asked me if I had a realtor helping me look. I didnt, so I decided to give her a chance and sure enough after a few misses on some propertys we checked together she literally found the perfect one the first day it was listed online .I just closed the escrow for it and I couldnt be more happy. Shelbe was on it , watching the market daily for new homes and updating me on new listings that matched what I was looking for. In the end she was the one who actually found the house we purchased and she helped me to navigate the negotiations towards an outcome that I felt was in our benefit. Thanks Shelbe :)
