After lots of online research we decided to interview what we felt to be some of the top agents in our area. Sheila Reynoso was one of those agents. Upon completing the interviews Sheila definitely stood out from the rest and we entered into contract with her to sell our Penryn home. She asked all the right questions in our interview and didn't come pushing contracts or her own agenda. It was important to us that she was very familiar with country property, easements, water, well and irrigation systems and all that comes with owning more than just a house. We had done our research on local property values and were very comfortable with the list price she recommended. We immediately had a neighbor offer to pay full price for the house but at Sheila's advice we opted to hold the home open and generate additional interest. Sheila helped us with cleaning and inspection resources, home staging recommendations and provided a top notch photographer with drone and video footage. This made the preparation for sale go much smoother and quicker than we anticipated and we were pleasantly surprised with the amount of buyer and agent traffic that was directed to the weekend open house.
