In her free time, she enjoys reading, scrapbooking, wine tasting and spending time with her family and friends. She also enjoys participating in community outreach programs. I would highly recommend Paul for any real estate transaction. We recently purchased a spec home at Trilogy at Lake Frederick, Lake Frederick, VA. Paul recommended a home inspection prior to settlement. Although the builder has a stellar reputation, the home inspection found a few issues my husband and I would never have found on our pre-settlement walk through. Paul's recommendation was worth ever penny spent on the inspection.In addition, purchasing a spec home required some additions and changes.Paul recommended a Contractor for the work.
