She has helped me sell two different West Burlington properties, one a residence and the other a parcel of land. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about the entire home buying process but she is also a fountain of information on the local area. Sheila is a very tasteful woman that will tell you the truth about anything as long as your willing to accept the truth weather it's good or bad. My wife and I just purchased a home and we used the VA home buying process. Sheila knew exactly how the entire process worked and guided us step by step. We applied for the loan and 52 days later we closed on our home. Not only has Sheila been our realtor but also the realtor for my parents and both of my sisters. She has become our family realtor and seems to be a part of our entire family! Like I said Sheila is the best of the best!!

ZillowVERIFIEDI am 24 years old and was looking to purchase my first home and Sheila was my original realtor. However, after looking at a couple houses she made it seem like it was a hassle any time I tried to contact her. It seemed as though she did not take me seriously and thought I was just wasting her time. After falling in love with a home, I wanted to show it to my family to get their opinion, only to find out the owners had accepted an offer on the house that night from another one of Sheila's clients. Sheila never informed me that it was off the market after I had expressed my interest to her. I believe it was quite unprofessional of her (as was most of my experience with her) to not inform a very interested client of hers that she had sold the house. After that, I switched realtors and was finally able to have someone who was more than willing to work with me and help find me the perfect home!
