Shayla helped us sell 2 homes and an old house on 11 acres. It seemed an almost impossible task to sell it, but she walked us step by step through the process which was long and drawn out. She seemed to have more information than anyone else, and did many steps the buyers realtor should have done. She kept things moving when the sale could have stalled out. She also helped us find a home to buy an hour and a half away. We've bought many houses, and never had a realtor who knew as much about the houses we looked at. She does her homework.
