My family isn't really the norm so there were a lot of agents that were not willing to work with us because we needed to stay on a tight budget, have a lot of space, and we were moving from out of state so it was hard to find time where we could make it to Florida to look at homes. Within hours of contacting him had already had found a couple of options for us and with just a couple of days he had showing set up in multiple areas in the very small time block we had available.
