We began our experience with realtor, Shawna Littlejohn, accidentally. We were doing a aEURoedrive byaEUR? in search of a property for a grandchild. After that, Shawna showed us many properties for the next several years! Our search needs changed and finally we purchased a property with her help. Shawna was also instrumental in suggesting a price to offer. We had anticipated to offer a higher bid but the offer that she suggested was accepted saving us a tremendous amount of money to use on repairs to the home.
