I had the pleasure of working with homeowners needing to downsize from their waterfront property to a more manageable home in a 55 plus active adult community. We found the perfect buyers for their family home and on closing day the buyers and I were delighted to find a handcrafted photo album the sellers had made depicting many of the fish they had pulled up from their dock and loads of shots of dolphins and manatees just out back. The new owners lit up when they realized that these beautiful interactions with nature would now be a part of their lives. It was a pretty special moment.
