1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
When purchasing a home, my advice is to start by getting pre-approved for a mortgage to know your budget and show sellers you're serious. Be clear about your needs and prioritize them—whether it’s location, size, or features. Remember, no home is perfect, so focus on what matters most to you and be open to compromise on the rest. It's also important to act quickly in competitive markets but always take time to review the details. Finally, work with a trusted realtor who knows the local market and can guide you through the process from start to finish.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
For sellers, my advice is to start by pricing your home strategically—too high and you risk sitting on the market, too low and you leave money on the table. Make sure your home is clean, decluttered, and staged to highlight its best features. Curb appeal is key, so don’t overlook the exterior. Be open to feedback and willing to negotiate, but also know the value of your property. Lastly, work with a realtor who can market your home effectively, leveraging professional photos, online listings, and open houses to attract the right buyers quickly.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
I’ve had the pleasure of working with a wide range of clients, including first-time homebuyers, sellers, investors seeking fix-and-flip opportunities, and those relocating to a new area. I’ve also helped retirees and downsizers find homes that fit their changing lifestyles. Whether you're looking to buy, sell, or invest, I have experience tailoring my approach to meet the unique needs of each client and guide them through every step of the process.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
One recent transaction I’m particularly fond of involved helping a young couple purchase their first home. They were initially overwhelmed by the process, but we worked together closely to find a property that suited their needs and budget. The home had multiple offers, but through strong negotiation and a strategic offer, we were able to secure it for them.
What made this experience so memorable was how excited they were on closing day. Seeing their joy and knowing that I played a part in helping them start this new chapter was incredibly rewarding. The process had its challenges, but their trust and willingness to learn made it a smooth and fulfilling journey.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
After studying design at the University of Colorado, Boulder, I realized my true calling was in real estate—helping families, like my own, find a home where they could build their lives. For the past seven years, I’ve been fortunate to turn that passion into a career, guiding people through one of the most important decisions of their lives. I love connecting with my community and making sure others can find a place they’re proud to call home.
