Review Once the contract was signed with this realtor, he attempted to put up unflattering pictures of our property. We had to tell him to take them down because they were so unprofessional. Since we had renters, we needed to close on a certain date due to the expiration of the lease. As the date got closer, we inquired about having a notary come to our home. We didn't hear from our realtor until 3 days before closing. Our renters also informed us of unprofessional behavior when our realtor went to our property to take pictures. Our realtor would only talk to the 'man of the house' and completely ignored his wife. Finally, when we were ready to close, the papers were not ready for signature: it was an estimated closing costs. In the end, this realtor had to do so little work to do to sell our home to an investor who was willing to pay cash, it is hard to believe everything was not perfect. It was far from it and we would not recommend this realtor to anyone who is selling their property in the Pinetop-Lakeside area.
