Alvin is great. Id love to work with him again. He knows everything about home buying from start to finish. He will learn what you like and dislike, then help point that out in the houses. His scheduling is masterful, no matter what he will keep you able to visit houses. We ended up seeing something like 35 - 40 houses in the end and he didnt complain at all while rescheduling everything for me because I ran late most of the time. Great guy, and I enjoyed working with him. The only thing that wouldve been nice is if he knew the financing process slightly better, but that isnt really his business.

Guys! Mind Blown! Alvin Santos with the 253 Realty team has exceeded all expectations. Let me be the one to tell anyone willing to read this! He has promised and fulfilled everything we?ve wanted on the house we just bought. But let?s start off with him telling us in the very beginning: ?It?s not going to be easy but it?s out there if your willing to put in the work.? Wish list: ?5-bed, ?3-bath, ?ample park (6+ cars), ? back yard Only concerns: old wiring, and roof Time frame: 6months Location: close to work We were only available during the weekends because of the usual work and kids in school. This gave Alvin something to work with and he did, it wasn?t easy for sure! At one point he called me saying ?Tomorrow is a big day; prep snacks, and drinks for the kids.? And the next day we gone out and saw 16 houses that he scheduled and routed for us! Take notes people because the houses we saw were all different and unique in its own way. It?s hard to remember all the houses trust me. Started in March and just bought our house May! Everything on our wish list ?, all our concerns?, time frame ?, Location ?
