Great job Shawn!! It was a very pleasant experience to work with you on the purchase of my home.I would like to say with family in the real estate business but none practicing here in Arizona but had a lot of advice from them and myself have plenty experience in how the process works and it's a team effort with your agent and to do things in a timely manner to make the deal go smoothly,one day Shawn introduced his self to me I liked his presentation it wasn't like so many others believe me I talked with a lot of agents that was either hungry,new,just a number,or just plain full of it or themselves Shawn was none of those even though I was down sizing in life ready to retire so it was not a big price home but Shawn treated the deal like it was he was always prompt on answering my calls wow no answering or leave a voicemail and was calling me as soon as possible if something needed answers,I got the house I wanted in a tough market I closed simultaneously on my sale and the purchase of the house I'm in now on the same day on time negotiated a fair price with Shawn's skills all in 30 days sounds like a fairy tail maybe but it happened.John Waters.

Shawn contacted us when we started looking at properties on line. We were from out of country and explained we werent going to get to Goodyear for awhile due to my husbands job. That didnt scare him off. We gave him our wish list and he started sending listings right away, making any changes we asked. Several months later we flew in, met up with Shawn and started viewing homes. We had given him a list of homes we wanted to see, and he arranged access to everyone of them. It was a long list. We basically had four days, he was there on time every day to work with us. After we returned home, if we asked him if he could check out a house for us he would, and call us with what he found. He listened to our comments and remarks when we toured with him and knew what we were after. Once we found one and put in an offer, he negotiated everything for us. As the move in date approached I requested info on connecting utilities etc and I had a list that day from Shawn. We were very impressed with his knowledge, hes been doing for several years. He is extremely organized, punctual, had the answers to questions we asked. If he didnt have it he was quick to find it and reply. Like I said it took us quite a few months to find what we were looking for but Shawn stuck with us, worked with us and found just what we wanted. It was a great experience and we were very happy to have worked with Shawn. We would highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy. It was a very positive experience.
