I've met Shawn during an open house. When I read many reviews on the internet, I was initially skeptical on how a person can get all good reviews. :) I thought I should give a try on him as a buyer'sA agent. Shawn has always accepted to put the offer which we want, though it may not be as competent as the market. And that's the most good quality which I really liked in him, understanding us and not forcing us to put a figure which normally every agent does.
