Shawn Rigney believes that Service includes but is certainly not limited: Communication based on clients preferences Listening to clients needs, wants, preferences, and overall Knowledge - Knowing the market and conditions and being able to educate our clients while being their advocate. Open Availability - I work from 7am to 10pm daily. Availability for clients, agents, and other parties during a transaction is KEY. I'm here to answer questions, give updates, provide reassurance, or just to say hello. There is never too much communication. Negotiation - We will negotiate to get you the best deal and make sure your contract is successful. Being Patient - We'll find you a home whether it means tomorrow or a year from now. Being Attentive - Listening to our clients and implementing changes based on changing factors Empathetic - The Home buying and selling process can be stressful - there are a lot of moving parts. I will ensure that you are stress free and I do that by understanding my clients and what they're going through, what their concerns are, and what their priorities are. I care about what you're thinking, feeling, and going through. I'm here to not only close on your deal but to make sure you're taken care of. Calm and Collected - Keeping a calm demeanor during negotiations is key. Closing Ability - I will close on your transaction and make it as stress free as possible. 1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Open Communication with your agent is key. It's my responsibility to determine what your expectations are for the transaction. It's my job to adapt my methods to cater to your unique perspective. Communication in this business is absolutely key. There is no "Over communicating!"
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Utilize an agent that provides you the best value. For example, as part of the standard listing package we provide complimentary Cleaning, Lawn Care, Power washing, Staging, Photography (Stills and 3d), and much more. Know how your realtor works and what his strategies are going into the listing. Know the market trends and where to price your home.

4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Every transaction starts off as a business transaction and we close the deal with a new home and a new friendship. All of my clients are amazing and i keep in contact with them long after the transaction is concluded. Every transaction has a unique personality and different challenges. It's the ability to adapt and react that keeps a deal together!
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I was an executive for a fortune 500 company and made the decision to follow my passions in Real Estate. Real Estate has always been a family business and the move was the best decision for my career. There's no better feeling then getting a family or individual into a home and knowing you played a part in all of the future memories, experiences, and life happenings in the home.
