1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Open Communication with your agent is key. It's my responsibility to determine what your expectations are for the transaction. It's my job to adapt my methods to cater to your unique perspective. Communication in this business is absolutely key. There is no "Over communicating!"
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Utilize an agent that provides you the best value. For example, as part of the standard listing package we provide complimentary Cleaning, Lawn Care, Power washing, Staging, Photography (Stills and 3d), and much more. Know how your realtor works and what his strategies are going into the listing. Know the market trends and where to price your home.

I was an executive for a fortune 500 company and made the decision to follow my passions in Real Estate. Real Estate has always been a family business and the move was the best decision for my career. There's no better feeling then getting a family or individual into a home and knowing you played a part in all of the future memories, experiences, and life happenings in the home.
