Carrie and the Maxey team were wonderful to work with. Carrie helped us with buying a new construction home and is the listing agent for our current specialty home. As with new construction, there were plenty of delays and set backs. Carrie kept us up to date every step of the way and was pro-active in rectifying any issues that came up with the builder. Even after our home closed, Carrie continued to follow up with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Her quick response time and availability to answer all of our questions were assets in what could be a stressful process. Our current home that is listed is a specialty property and has its own challenges in an uncertain housing market. Carrie continued to keep us up to date and screened all potential buyers so we wouldnt have to waste our time staging a home for buyers that were not serious. Despite her long commute to our home, she showed up each step of the way in the listing and showing process to make sure everything went smoothly. Carries dedication to her clients and her strong work ethic have been a valuable asset to have on our side during the home buying/selling process.
