Shawn Korby

Hyper-Local Expert, Shawn Korby is the Lead Sales Specialist for the Korby Home Team. His primary focus is consulting with buyers and sellers to ensure that they receive the best results and service possible when purchasing and/or selling their home. The Korby Home Team is a Team of specialists that strive to deliver the 5th star in their service. Prior to sales, Shawn was a full time residential real estate appraiser, where he acquired the necessary valuation and pricing skills critical in today's market. He also has a background in advertising, which translates into the aggressive and out-of-the-box marketing the Korby Team Home Team is known for. Shawn most enjoys making the sometimes overwhelming and scary process of home buying and selling not only approachable but fun and enjoyable for his clients. Shawn is proud to have been recognized as a "Super Real Estate Agent" for several years in St. Paul/Minneapolis magazine - nominated by those whose opinions matter most to him, his clients. Shawn has been a Twin Cities homeowner himself for 20+ years and still resides there with his wife, Katy, and their two children, Libby and Calvin. In his free time, he likes to squeeze in as much reading, fishing, composing piano and guitar music, and playing board games as possible.
