We traveled to the area for two days to look at the houses he had selected for us. He blocked off the two days for us and dedicated his time to accommodate our need to find something within that two day block. After showing us eight homes, with second showings of the ones we requested, we decided to make an offer on the first house he showed us. It was as if he knew from the start that that was the perfect house for us.
