Shawn was great. I was relocating out of state so I wasn't able to be around during the process but Shawn handled everything. The house was sold at my asking price and I received an offer around Thanksgiving and had closed on the house by New Years. Shawn is an amazing agent! He was so attentive to us and always patient with my million questions and concerns (and I had a million!) We would recommend Shawn to anyone looking for a real estate agent who puts his whole heart and soul into his job and gets results. Shawn was on vacation and I had the dates mixed up but he still answered his phone and talked to me. I foolishly contacted Shawn to sell our house and that up in an epic fail. He put forth no effort in selling it. The only effort was to put up the sign. He listed it and that all that s done. We got out of the contract early and very happy I did. He didn't contact us unless we contacted him first and at that it was the same thing every time. It's the slow season, no one buys a house in the fall/winter. He isn't a very good realtor. I wouldn't recommend his to my worst enemy.

My experience with Shawn started out unlike any other realtor that I met with - he started out with honesty. I met him at a foreclosed home, and he said "I'm going to take you to the worst spot in the house, and you can decide if you wanna keep looking from there." There was no sales pitch, there was no "look at the nice kitchen" - it was straight to the point, and not wasting anyone's time. From that point, I knew that I was sticking with Shawn.A month or two went by, of me searching for properties on my own. Shawn would occasionally show me a house or two that he thought id be interested in, but didn't nag me with emails. He just let me do my own thing.Eventually, I hit him up to show me another house, and it went well. I'm a first time homebuyer, really ignorant of the entire process, but Shawn definitely helped make it all easier. He'd answer text messages, emails, and calls in a timely fashion. Shawn went above and beyond a few times at the property, in order to get me information that would be relative to the deal.I closed on that same property, and Shawn made sure the process went smoothly, and really made the process proceed in the manner that I wanted. I'm thankful that Shawn happened to be the random contact that I made at that foreclosed house, because he turned out to be a great realtor that got me the property and price that I was looking for. 10/10!
