ZillowVERIFIEDI didn?t know who she was when I started, I just wanted someone to sell my property. She made some suggestions which brought me more money. After Shawn had a buyer we found I had a possible zoning problem, no fear she got it handled extremely fast. I mean before I had a chance to worry, she had the problem rectified ! She took care of everything and I?m talking about the fact that I was an out of town seller. Shawn talked me through all the paperwork and I?m not good with the computer.
