The Danley's Made Our Home Buying Experience AWESOME! We gave the Danley's a list of criteria including things would consider and those we would not. They prepared a list of homes for us to visit that fit our criteria and some that were outside it. It's been a very long time since we went home shopping. We asked the Danley's for opinions and advice. They were honest and in a couple instances strongly discouraged us from homes that would pose too much work and money to improve. Shawn and Tiffany Danley make up one of the best real estate agent teams I have worked with. I was still out-of-state on the east coast when they began working with me and both delivered excellent service from the start. Both are very knowledgeable about the real estate market and the local area and were able to give me a ton of good-to-know information about each neighborhood we looked at to help me make this important decision. And, probably most important to me, they both listened to my input. I never felt like they were just going through the motions to close a deal. Shawn and Tiffany were so pleasant to work with. They patiently toured us around on short notice from one side of town to the other (occasionally through the snow!) and found us a perfect property. The follow-through was excellent, fixing our issues before we knew they were there! They were able to suggest a couple of contractors (well, boundary) who were just as pleasant and professional. All-around a great experience and we highly recommend them. We feel like they have become friends and we can hang out with them any day!

We connected with Shawn and Tiffany after viewing their social media channel. We were impressed with their experience in real estate, their knowledge of the area and of course their personalities. They work wonderfully as a team and one or the other would return a phone call or email or text usually within several minutes. We were coming from out-of-state and they arranged several showings for us including several from our list that we had found. Shawn and Tiffany were very helpful in explaining to us the pros and cons of each neighborhood we were interested in. When we finally decided on a place they were very helpful in suggesting and working up an offer. They both went above and beyond by taking photos and videos of our new home while we were not able to be here and do it ourselves. We would definitely recommend Tiffany and Shawn 100%! And we plan on calling them again when we're ready to purchase another home.
