Shaunna Overman is the Lead Agent of The Overman Group, a real estate sales team brokerage. Her team covers North Carolina from the coast to the mountains. Shaunna is a lifelong resident of North Carolina, and enjoys helping clients in the area she knows and loves. Shaunna is committed to helping her clients fully understand the real estate process. I honestly believe that if we didnt have Pam in our corner for this move it never would have happened. The seller of our home turned out to be a real jerk and he did many things that slowed us down and hurt us. Through every bump and bruise we had along the way Pam was there fixing and arranging and encouraging us. She worked harder than anyone else in our group and in the end I doubt she ended up making very much on the deal. It didnt matter to her if she came out empty handed she just wanted to see us settled and happy. Shes one of the best people Ive ever met and certainly the best realtor Ive ever met. Shes been through fire with us and I will forever be grateful to her for not running away when things got hot.
