We were moving from almost 2000 miles away and the airlines were a mess cancelling 50+ flights a day on a single carrier with no direct flights and 13 hour layovers. I had to request for Eric to do more than he would normally be required to do. He needed to be my right arm in seeing that everything was in order as it just wasn't easy for me to fly cross country. Eric stepped up and made things happen, ensured that all my requirements were addressed and repaired. My seller was a do-it-yourselfer and wasn't nearly as good as he thought he was so there were plenty of issues. I would totally recommend Eric for your real-estate needs.
