    Not your average agent! Shaun went above and beyond selling our house. From coming out before listing and giving us a list of things to get done quickly to be able to ask more for our house, to negotiating with the buyer on our behalf to make sure we were able to get what we needed for the house. We actually sold for more than we thought we would and didn't have to do as much as we thought. We had offers within days of listing.
