1) What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?
Need to talk to a lender! I have great lenders that have proved them selves many times at helping out their clients.
2) What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?
Let me run a CMA, let's make a game plan together. Prep the house, by staging, minimizing and scrubbing. Get ready for professional photo's, drones and floorpans for marketing.
3) What types of clients have you worked with?
Sellers:I have work with people that have houses that need rehabbed to luxury lake front listings. Buyers I have worked with people that are tight on a budget and need lending to cash deals in the millions. It's all the same to me. It about helping people get what they want to achieve their goals.
4) Describe a recent transaction you are fond of. How did it go?
Just sold an amazing lake front luxury home last month. This month I found an off market property that needed to be rezoned and split to be able to build a charter school on.
5) How did you get started in Real Estate?
I use to be a commercial helicopter pilot. It was a passion job and I loved it. Most of the jobs were out of town and I would have to be away from my family for long periods. I loved real estate and invested myself. So I just took another passion and went with it. I am thankful for all the relationships that I have made. Now I am just motivated to someday have my own helicopter to take my clients in to go look at properties.
6) Do you have any special education or training that will benefit your clients?
I am an Associate Broker. I am constantly taking some kind of continued education class in either real estate, or aviation.
