Knowing Shaun Alston has been a life-changing experience and I want to share my story. I met Shaun Alston over 2 decades ago when I was in high school. He helped my grandmother buy and sell two houses. I remember the stories she would tell me about how wonderful the experience was. I always told myself, if I ever buy a house, I wanted to use Shaun Alston. When I graduated from high school, I rented a for a couple of years. I hated it. I dont like paying other peoples mortgages and I was tired of my view of a parking lot. It was time to buy a house. I was really afraid of the unknown. I know my grandmother trusted Shaun Alston, so I called Shaun Alston at Eagle Realty. He helped me buy my first house. I will never forget his kindness, his professionalism and his negotiation skills. It was really nice to have the loan and the real estate in the same location. It made the process of buying a home easy. Shauns team includes an in-house lender, Dave Bernatchy with Landmark Mortgage. It was a one-stop shop. They set me up with wonderful FHA financing with government down payment assistance and made the process super fun and easy. It was remarkable and when I sold that house, I had built a lot of wealth. My biggest surprise was that I could make so much money buying and selling houses. Also, the tax advantages as an owner far outweigh being a tenant. With the money I made from the sale of that first house, I bought two houses. I rented one and lived in the other. When I sold those two houses with Shaun, I bought three houses on the same street side by side together. I lived in one and rented out the other 2 house. I recently sold those 3 houses and bought my 2 brand new houses. Shaun was the reason all of this has happened for me. I went from a small inexpensive starter house to living in the lap of luxury in million-dollar homes. I owe all of my wealth building and real estate to Shaun Alston and his team with Eagle Realty and Landmark Mortgage. Im sad you only have five ?????????? stars for me to give, because hes a minimum of 10 to 12 stars! ???????????????????????? Shaun Alstons a remarkable and compassionate person, but most of all hes the best in the business and a really strong advocate and independent broker with his own firm. Ive seen him win so many awards, Ive seen him on TV shows, and TV news and radio shows. I understand why hes won every award in real estate and was in Forbes magazine. Shaun is a triple threat. Shaun is an award winning builder, an award winning interior designer, and an award winning real estate broker. A couple of the houses I sold were vacant and his company stages the house for FREE! His interior design firm will stage any of his listings for FREE!!!!!! This helped my houses sell faster and for top dollar. I would recommend Shaun without any hesitation, and I rarely recommend anybody. If you want an easy transaction, if you want someone that will listen to you, if you want someone you can trust... you need to do what my grandmother told me, Call Shaun. With Shaun?s years of extensive background in interior design and expert knowledge of real estate trends, he advised me on how to renovate and stage my rental in the most attractive way to earn top dollar. Shaun procured all of the contractors necessary to do the paint, counters, flooring, windows, etc. His staff made all the arrangements for contractors to provide me with bids and scheduled them to begin the work for me, so that I was not interrupted at my job. These are the kinds of things Shaun takes into consideration, and it made me feel like I was receiving a luxury service. Additionally, as I was beginning to close escrow on the sale of my rental, my husband put in an offer on a new rental for himself.
