ZillowVERIFIEDHer and her husband were very helpful in my search for a home in the Billings area (especially since i was looking at areas up to 50 miles north).I had my questions answered directly or offered to look up, which turned out to mean getting at least a response later that evening or the next day, as I recall it.Once I'd decided on my purchase, she continued to follow up through to the closing, and even a little bit after. She was also helpful wrt assistance in locating local financing and insurance.I'll admit I probably don't fall into the picky or difficult customer category, but I think she'd still be able to handle it if I did.Overall, it was a good enough job that I handed out 5 stars for knowledge and responsiveness (I rarely hand out 5s) and 4s on process/negotiation (not because of any issues, I'm just not enough familiar with those aspects to feel comfortable giving more).
